Project consists of a new 3-story facility for the new State Historical Society Building to include gallery space, lecture halls, archives, library, classroom, offices, and conference rooms, as well as corridor and vertical circulation, mechanical and electrical equipment space, and support spaces.
The project standards are laid out by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Gold status.
