This project added a controls system to the main pumping intake & treatment plant that never had automated controls before. Both the intake and treatment plants received new controls, priming system, RTU’s, pumps, HVAC cooling and exhaust systems. Both buildings were in full operation during construction; this required an immense amount of coordination between the building occupants and our construction staff.
Equipment Controlled
4 Water Intake Pump Systems, 2 Rooftop Units, along with automated battery backup, generator switching and numerous monitoring points.
