BCT-3 South Phase 2 Dining Facility (DFAC)

Project Description

The BCT-3 Dining Facility is a 29,771 square foot LEED Silver facility at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The building was constructed to meet the needs of the 1,300 soldiers stationed at the new BCT-3 South Barracks.

Equipment Controlled

Condenser Water System (2 Boilers and a Cooling Tower) 3 Outdoor Air Heat Pumps, 7 Makeup Air Units (Hood Control System Interlock), 18 Water Source Heat Pumps, 18 Exhaust Fans, along with controls over numerous other small pieces of equipment and utility monitoring
