Duke Realty Corp built a new three story, 146,000 sqft office building in the Riverport Business Park for Elsevier, the publisher of health and science information.
Equipment Controlled
3 Rooftop, 91 VAVs, 54 Fan Powered VAVs, along with controls over numerous other small pieces of equipment and utility monitoring.
3 Distech Supervisory controllers were linked together for the system due to the expansive scale of the project.
