The Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Barracks project consisted of 4 new 3-story barracks buildings capable of housing well over 1200 soldiers. The first phase consisted of 3 of the 4 barracks and a dining facility. The second phase consisted of the 4th and final barracks.
Equipment Controlled in Each Barrack
2 Rooftop Unit’s, 156 Fan Coil Units, Hot Water System, Chilled Water System, and a Solar Heated Domestic Hot Water System; along with controls over numerous other small pieces of equipment and utility monitoring
Equipment Controlled in Dining Hall
9 Makeup Air Units and 12 Rooftop Units; along with controls over numerous other small pieces of equipment
