The TEMF Vehicle Maintenance Shop is a 60,461 square foot LEED Silver facility at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The complex includes a large vehicle maintenance facility, organizational vehicle parking, organizational storage building, tactical unmanned aerial vehicle maintenance, storage building, oil storage building, and a hazardous material storage building.
The Vehicle Maintenance Shop includes vehicle and maintenance repair bays, repair shops, administration and shop offices, tool storage spaces, supply offices and storage.

6 Heat Recovery Units, 2 Air Handling Units, 1 Dedicated Outdoor Air Unit, Chilled Water System, Hot Water System, 8 Zone Radiant Floor Hot Water System, 7 Dual Duct VAVs, 18 Vehicle Exhaust Fan Systems, extensive NO2, CO, and Combustible Gas monitoring; along with controls over numerous other small pieces of equipment and utility monitoring
