Project Description

The Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities – TEMF Complex – will provide LEED Silver facilities for the maintenance and repair of various operational vehicles which also includes equipment storage, parts storage and administration space.

Equipment Controlled in Medium Building

5 Heat Recovery Units, 4 Air Handling Units and associated Heat Pumps, 13 VAVs, 10 Large Exhaust Fans, 10 Infrared Heaters; along with controls over numerous other small pieces of equipment and utility monitoring

Equipment Controlled in Small Building

4 Heat Recovery Units, 3 Air Handling Units and associated Heat Pumps, 10 VAVs, 9 Large Exhaust Fans, 6 Infrared Heaters; along with controls over numerous other small pieces of equipment and utility monitoring

Equipment Controlled in Administrative Building

2 Air Handling Units and associated Heat Pumps; along with controls over other small pieces of equipment and utility monitoring

Equipment Controlled in Site Buildings

Provided extensive parts for the 4 Site Buildings
